CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This document explains how we process personal data if you subscribe to the newsletter or give us consent to send commercial communications.

What is the consent for?
By giving your consent, you allow us to process your e-mail address for the purpose of sending commercial communications, in particular newsletters, information about news, promotions, discounts, products, competitions, articles, tips and other marketing communications from the Škoda nekoupit e-shop.
Commercial communications may relate mainly to goods and services offered on the e-shop www.skodanekoupit.cz.
What personal data do we process?
For sending commercial communications, we mainly process:
- your e-mail address,
- information that consent has been given,
- the date and time when consent was given,
- the date and time when consent was withdrawn,
- where applicable, technical data related to recording consent and sending commercial communications.
If you are also our customer or an e-shop user, commercial communications may be tailored according to the data we process about you in connection with your purchase or use of the e-shop, provided this is in accordance with the law and the consents you have given.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your consent.
Consent is voluntary. Not giving consent does not affect the possibility of placing an order or the performance of the purchase contract.
How long do we retain the data?
We process personal data for sending commercial communications for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 3 years from the date it was given or from your last active expression of interest, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.
If you withdraw your consent, we will stop sending you commercial communications. We may retain information about the withdrawal of consent for the period necessary to prove that we respected your unsubscribe request.
Who may have access to the data?
For sending commercial communications, we may use the integrated e-mail tool provided by the e-shop solution provider, Irius s.r.o.
Personal data may be made accessible only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of mailings, subscription management, recording consent and unsubscribing.
How can you withdraw your consent?
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
You can unsubscribe in particular:
- by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter,
- by sending an e-mail to toje@skodanekoupit.cz.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have in particular the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request rectification of inaccurate data,
- request erasure of personal data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- request data portability,
- withdraw consent,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
