Submitting a complaint
In case a defect appears on the purchased product(s), kindly send a photo of the defect together with a short description and the order number to toje(na)skodanekoupit(tecka)cz. Do not forget to add the information about how you wish to solve the complaint. Add your telephone number.
Following an agreement, you will be invited to send the products to Pity not to buy s.r.o., Viktora Huga 11, Praha 5, 150 00, Czech Republic or to bring them to the address of the business in person (during working days, between 9:00–17:00, upon additional agreement only).
Product Complaints and Returns abide by the Terms and Conditions. Nevertheless it is our priority to try and solve the complaints to your satisfaction.
